The Opportunity:

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales District Leader to join our team. As a Sales District Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth in your assigned district. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, manage budgets, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and development opportunities to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Manage budgets and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Conduct field research to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
  • Generate and interpret sales reports to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales processes and strategies.
  • Productivity mindset with a focus on budget management.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in project planning and prioritization.
  • Results-oriented, resourceful, and a self-starter who can work effectively in virtual teams.
