Key Account Manager for Abrasive System Division

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Hermosillo, Mexico. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our key market in an assigned territory within the Abrasive System Division.
Responsibilities:- Sales Performance: Understand sales goals and establish self-directed sales coverage aligned with division objectives.
- Business Development: Recommend adjustments and reassessments to business plan and establish new objectives.
- Account Management: Exhibit leadership with accounts & prospects.
- Training and Support: Provide support & training for key distributors.
- Market Intelligence: Proactively report all new or unusual pertinent market conditions, competitive activities, and product performance information to supervisor.
You will play a key role in establishing and achieving objectives, executing sales and marketing campaigns, coordinating and planning, and administering time and territory efficiently.
Requirements:- Education: Graduated as Industrial Engineer or correlated areas
- Experience: Industrials sales experience
- Languages: Intermediate English
- Travel Requirements: Availability to travel in assigned territory
- Skills: Preparation of cost benefit analysis, excel tables, etc; ability to live and work in Hermosillo, Mexico
Experience managing territories, achieving objectives and goals, independent, self-oriented and motivated, selling skills and administration, organized, time efficiency, technical knowledge of industry manufacturing, and cost-benefit analysis.
