**About Arrive Logistics**

We're a dynamic logistics company that connects trucking companies in Mexico with freight opportunities.

**The Role**

As a Freight Sales Expert, you will be responsible for establishing and growing our reputation with trucking companies in Mexico. You will source new and existing dedicated business opportunities, make outbound phone calls to carriers, and learn how to use our resources to optimize capacity and markets.

**Key Responsibilities**

Ensure 95% prebooking of cross-border loads

- Sourcing new business opportunities through research and outreach

- Building strong relationships with carriers through regular communication

Operate key tools and systems

- Committed Capacity, 1-stop shop, Truck Entry, Carrier Search, Load Board

Track and manage loads

- Monitor picked-up status to delivered status

Relay service expectations to carriers

- Book loads only when carriers agree to meet expectations

Maintain accurate carrier information

- Ensure all load information is up-to-date in ArriveNow

**Requirements**

Experience and Skills

- 1+ year of experience in carrier sales or brokering

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (High B2-C1)

- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness

- Comfortable making phone calls and taking risks
