We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Advocate to join our team at Hostinger. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring their online success.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, has excellent communication skills, and is proficient in troubleshooting technical issues. About the Role:

  • Provide timely and effective support to our clients via live chat and tickets, addressing their billing, domains, or account-related concerns.
  • Empower our clients to achieve their online goals by offering expert guidance and support.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and multitask with ease to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • C1 or native written English proficiency.
  • Strong IT curiosity and technical understanding.
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to read customers' sentiments and provide empathetic responses.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • A typing speed of 50 WPM.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive monthly compensation of $2,500 for services rendered.
  • A comprehensive training program covering technology, product, and communication areas.
  • Additional service fee: up to 30% from your monthly compensation, based on services delivered.
  • Commissions (10%) can be earned by offering additional services for our clients.
  • 20 days of paid suspension days per year.
