About the Position

We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive growth in our North American Market.

You'll build strong relationships with clients and play a key role in developing and managing ongoing partnerships to maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand their current and future training needs, challenges, and identify approaches to maximize goFLUENT's impact.
  • Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to drive engagement and satisfaction with the goFLUENT training solution.
  • Be a growth driver by identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Collect feedback and analyze learners' experiences to offer improvement opportunities and contribute to developing our digital solution.
  • Develop a credible voice for digital learning best practices and provide industry insights, guidance, and recommendations to optimize clients' training performance.

You'll Thrive If You:

Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR solutions (SaaS) industry is definitely a plus.

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
