We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Professional to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the region.
About AmtracoAmtraco is a global holding company headquartered in Franksville, WI, that manages the shared services of HR, IT, and Finance for its operating units. Our four distinct operating units are:
- Epsi - A distribution company servicing the surface finishing industry with presence in all major global markets.
- Stm - A manufacturer of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes
- Fast - A distributor of tapes and related products for the framing, architectural, signs, and trophy markets.
- Sbm - A commercial real estate company that buys, develops, and leases commercial real estate.
The Field Sales Professional will be responsible for:
- Meeting territory goals by making sales calls, reporting sales information, and resolving problems.
- Maintaining customer database by inputting customer profile and updates, preparing and distributing monthly reports.
- Updating the Region and National Sales Manager with project requests, sales data, and other customer data.
- Providing product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information, and answering questions.
- Preparing sales presentations, developing presentation formats and materials.
- Identifying and implementing strategies to grow sales in the territory.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- An Associate's degree and/or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- A clean driving record.
- The ability to travel 20-30%.
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, as well as earned commission and sales quota bonuses, earned vacation and personal time off, paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision, and a 401(k) with company match program.
