About the Role- Manage a territory of customers, providing them with prompt, personal, and reliable customer service.
- Develop and implement customized sales strategies to meet customer needs and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct food safety audits, equipment maintenance, and staff training to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide product training and guidance to customers on correct usage, ordering, and inventory management.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with store customers and operational support partners.
- Bachelor's Degree in Food or Food Science related field.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Critical eye for food safety.
- Field sales experience preferred.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong relationship management capability.
