Your Role

As the Executive Assistant to the VP, People and VP, Revenue, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, preparing presentations, tracking OKRs, and maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Document Preparation and Management: Assist in creating presentations and documents adhering to branding guidelines, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  2. OKR Support: Regularly remind VPs and their direct reports of Objectives and Key Results to maintain focus on achieving organizational goals.
  3. Meeting Coordination and Logistics: Arrange logistics for internal and external meetings, including venue bookings, technology setup for video conferencing, and preparation of meeting materials.
  4. Proactive Leadership and Influencing: Push VPs to take action, make decisions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and provide regular reports on the VP of People and VP of Revenue's activities, upcoming commitments, and potential issues.
  6. Feedback Loop: Establish a regular feedback loop with the Chief of Staff to discuss process efficiency and potential improvements.
  7. Culture and Team Liaison: Foster a positive work environment and culture by bridging communication between VPs and team members across different countries and departments.
