Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information and recommendations on local attractions and services
- Manage guest requests and concerns, escalating issues to management as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel operations software
