About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to cover the Centro-Occidente Mexico territory. As a sales professional with a passion for the HVAC industry, this is an exciting opportunity to join a global company with 50 years of experience in creating outstanding value to our customers.

You will be joining a dynamic team as a Business Developer, providing education and promoting our solutions, researching the market and generating projects for our partners. Your primary focus will be to increase sales in your territory by working closely with architects, consulting engineers, contractors, and facility owners.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and online resources to effectively position our products in Centro-Occidente Mexico.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new Contractors, Manufacturer Reps, and Wholesalers to expand our network.
  • Review projects in your territory, coordinate with Inside Sales team and customers to ensure smooth execution of the sales.
  • Actively participate in local industry events such as Trade Shows / Expos to promote our solutions and foster valuable connections.
  • Maintain and daily update critical information in our CRM system (Pipedrive) for effective sales tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, customer service, follow-up, and after-sales, demonstrating measurable and proven results.
  • Strong presentation skills, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM usage.
  • Comfortable working independently while appreciating the value of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory 80% of the time.
  • English is an advantage, as FabricAir is an international company.
