About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Food Service Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International in Mexico.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will work closely with customers to develop and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a focus on building strong partnerships.
- Execute the customer strategy to achieve sales growth and profitability.
- Ensure the delivery of Joint Customer Business Plans (JCBPs) and optimize resource utilization for improved performance.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, commercial management, or senior account management.
- Familiarity with the Food Service Channel, including Sigma Alimentos, is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Previous experience as a People Manager is an asset.

Estimated Salary Range
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
