Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Sales Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase payroll across various segments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Establish and implement business strategies to acquire and retain payroll in key segments such as Global Banking, Corporate, and Business Banking.
  • Cross-Selling: Increase the number of net payroll-holders with current and new companies through cross-selling initiatives.
  • Retention: Develop and implement retention strategies to minimize payroll loss.
  • Team Management: Coordinate the customer service team, trade shows, and implementation activities.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales of financial services to business clients.
  • Knowledge of payroll products and services.
  • Analysis skills to identify opportunities for improvement in processes.
  • Decision-making skills to address operational and commercial problems.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Superior negotiation and sales skills.
