Job Overview

This exciting opportunity for a Technical Sales Representative supports our Monterrey, Mexico territory.

As a TSR, you will be responsible for finding, developing, and growing both new and existing customers in your territory.

You will also provide inter-territory support, manage relationships with accounts across multiple territories, and lead sales efforts to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in outbound communications with customers and prospects to identify needs and provide Krayden's solutions.
  • Resolve complex customer problems, inquiries, and service requests through effective troubleshooting and communication.
  • Respond to requests for proposals/quotes, regional referrals, blanket order requests, large order pricing/discounting, and other customer needs.
  • Utilize customer profile data to target accounts with the greatest potential and match business fit with Krayden.
  • Proactively probe customer/prospect needs to uncover sales opportunities and grow revenue.
  • Bolster brand awareness and promote Krayden's products and services to increase market presence.
  • Retain sales in assigned accounts by delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Develop and implement Account Plans/campaigns to identify additional business with past purchasers and new accounts.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of industry experience; Chemical Manufacturing or Engineering preferred.
  • Industry experience or knowledge in Electronics, Aerospace, Transportation, or Contract Manufacturing highly desirable.
  • Proven experience driving successful sales results, including sales growth year over year, improved customer retention, and quantifiable business results.
  • Proven results in providing value-added service to customers.
  • Strong PC and computer software experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM Software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical/discerning skills.
  • Exceptional listening and probing skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and direct the work of others.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

Krayden offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
