Importante empresa en el giro Automotriz por Arranque de Operaciones, buscamos la siguiente posición, Ubicación De Planta Derramadero (Homeoffice)
Perfil
- Observación y análisis de las demandas de los clientes y del desarrollo del mercado (oportunidades y riesgos) con el fin de iniciar programas para optimizar el posicionamiento en el mercado / la aceptación de OEM u optimizar la competencia de los servicios ofrecidos.
- Mantener contactos perpetuos con un gran número de interlocutores -autodefinidos- en el grupo CBU, así como guiar los contactos de otros lugares relativos a OEM con el fin de obtener información, reforzar la posición profesional y personal y minimizar las pérdidas por fricción en los negocios diarios.
- Diseñar y dirigir actividades de marketing específicas para el grupo CBU con el fin de reforzar la imagen de líder en calidad y tecnología.
- Investigación de las demandas de los clientes y del grado de satisfacción de los clientes a partir de los propios contactos comerciales, así como puesta en marcha de programas de mejora específicos para mejorar la orientación al cliente de la unidad de negocio/organización y el grado de satisfacción de los clientes.
- Coordinación de todas las actividades de ventas, incluidas las divisiones de componentes, de cara a los clientes, con el fin de garantizar una imagen corporativa acorde con los objetivos estratégicos y los programas de ventas de la unidad de negocio.
- Representación de los intereses de todos los fabricantes de equipos originales, especialmente de cara a las divisiones de componentes, con el fin de garantizar la orientación al cliente dentro de la propia organización y la satisfacción del cliente.
- Garantía de los resultados previstos del plan de beneficios.
Requisitos
- Licenciado en Ingeniería Mecánica, Metalúrgica o Industrial.
- MBA como ventaja.
- Mínimo 10 años de experiencia.
- Experiencia en el mercado de la extrusión de aluminio.
- Gestión de un proyecto completo como ingeniero jefe.
- Inicio de operaciones y nuevos mercados NA, EU, LATAM.
- Conocimientos de desarrollo y PC (MS-Office).
- Conocimientos básicos de economía, MOS y QM.
- Conocimientos adecuados de leyes y de SAP.
- Dominio del inglés; se valorará positivamente hablar chino.
No se requiere estar físicamente en la planta (Homeoffice)
