Un agente de servicio de atención al cliente actuará como enlace, proporcionará información sobre productos/servicios y resolverá incidencias que nuestros clientes puedan tener en destino.


Funciones a realizar en el puesto:

  • Atender las necesidades de operación que involucre a nuestros clientes con cambios y/o modificaciones en sus reservas o transportes.
  • Atender las incidencias que sean reportadas a traves de los distintos medios de comunicación
  • Atención directa a los clientes para resolución o aclaración de incidencias.
  • Entre otras actividades.

Requerimientos para integrarte con nosotros:

  • Experiência demostrable en atención al cliente o experiência como representante del servicio de atención al cliente
  • Inglés Avanzado
  • Disponibilidad para rotar turnos

Competencias laborales para ser parte del equipo:

  • Excelentes capacidades de comunicación y presentación
  • Habilidad para realizar múltiples tareas a la vez, priorizar y gestionar el tiempo de forma eficaz
