Job Description:

Delivering Exceptional Service:

As a Bilingual Senior Customer Care Representative at AT&T, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing top-notch service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, whether it's resolving issues, providing information, or simply being a point of contact for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction: You will be responsible for interacting with customers via phone, email, or in-person, providing them with accurate and timely information, and resolving any issues they may have.
  2. Problem-Solving: You will need to be able to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions, often working with multiple stakeholders to resolve complex problems.
  3. Communication: You will be required to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
  4. Teamwork: You will work closely with other team members to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  5. Continuous Learning: You will be expected to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to ensure that you can provide the best possible service to our customers.

Requirements:

  1. Advanced English Fluency: You must be fluent in English to communicate effectively with our customers.
  2. Previous Experience: You should have at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a collections or customer service environment.
  3. Strong Communication Skills: You must be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
  4. Problem-Solving Skills: You should be able to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  5. Teamwork: You will work closely with other team members to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
