Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team in a night shift role. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a small team of Customer Service representatives and ensuring that they meet performance and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of up to 10 Customer Service representatives
  • Evaluate performance and make recommendations for pay increases, promotions, and terminations
  • Develop and implement new work procedures as needed
  • Ensure the team meets performance and quality expectations

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in a customer service role
  • Ability to deal with conflict and change resistance
  • Ability to identify and deliver business results
  • Proficient project management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Education:

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

Additional Requirements:

  • Able to work a night shift schedule (12:00 am - 8:00 am)
  • Knowledge of contact center processes

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
