Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team in a night shift role. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a small team of Customer Service representatives and ensuring that they meet performance and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of up to 10 Customer Service representatives
- Evaluate performance and make recommendations for pay increases, promotions, and terminations
- Develop and implement new work procedures as needed
- Ensure the team meets performance and quality expectations
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a customer service role
- Ability to deal with conflict and change resistance
- Ability to identify and deliver business results
- Proficient project management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
Additional Requirements:
- Able to work a night shift schedule (12:00 am - 8:00 am)
- Knowledge of contact center processes

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
