Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Director of Sales Development to lead our team in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean Region.

This leadership role will involve identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities while maintaining successful relationships with internal support organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving consistent quarterly region quotas and working closely with the Vice President LATAM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth across the region by developing and executing strategic plans
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve quota targets
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance and customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant industry experience in discrete manufacturing, power, utilities, transportation/logistics, oil & gas, petrochemical, mining, pulp & paper
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of industrial software and solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced English and Spanish language proficiency
  • Experience with CAPEX project development and OPEX industry investments
  • Knowledge of Hexagon competitor's solutions
