The Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead our sales efforts in the Mexican market. As a critical member of our founding team in Mexico, you will leverage the strength of our product positioning and sell the value of our products to achieve significant business outcomes for our clients.
You will be responsible for developing and closing business with our largest prospects in Mexico, focusing on key industries such as trucking, oil & gas, construction, agriculture, manufacturing, consumer transit, or any other business requiring a fleet of vehicles.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and win new Enterprise business in Mexico through executive relationships within key prospects.
- Grow the share of wallet by understanding each client's business and identifying opportunities for additional collaboration.
- Harness key executive relationships to ensure RFP wins and grow contractual-based business.
- Collaborate with your account team to optimize buying decisions.
- Resolve problems by identifying issues, thinking critically, and implementing optimal solutions.
- Showcase integrations and partner ecosystem value to prospects.
- Effectively plan to meet and exceed ongoing business goals and revenue quotas.
- Develop a deep understanding of our technology platform and operations.
- Study and deepen understanding of market trends to enable consultative insight.
Requirements
We seek a seasoned sales professional with:
5+ years of demonstrated success selling to Enterprise/Strategic prospects in Mexico.Experience in telematics, SaaS, and logistics is a plus.Proven ability to exceed quotas and rapidly grow your book over time.Able to build rapport with executive decision-makers and influence outcomes.History of working independently with a data-driven mindset.Best-in-class communication skills and objection management.A true 'hunter' mentality with experience closing primarily new logos.Compensation Package
Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission structure. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
