Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our Amazon Retail Business Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences on Amazon.com.mx.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day support to vendors, ensuring a reliable and operationally effective flow of products.
- Partner with the Vendor Management Team on key projects to increase product selection and improve vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with Amazon internal customers to deliver to their requirements and work directly with the Category team to ensure the overall health of the processes and priorities.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of sales or account management experience.
- 1+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience.
- Experience with Excel and data analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree or certificate of completion of studies required.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
