**Job Mission:**
As a Territory Sales Manager, your primary objective will be to generate new sales opportunities and increase revenue through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate plant visits and customer meetings to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales updates and insights to senior management.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
