**Job Mission:**

As a Territory Sales Manager, your primary objective will be to generate new sales opportunities and increase revenue through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate plant visits and customer meetings to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
