Sales and Business Development Manager for Transportation Solutions

Aibl busca un Sales Representative con experiencia en transporte para unir a su equipo de ventas y logística. Este papel resulta fundamental para el crecimiento del negocio y la atención al cliente.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Establecer relaciones sólidas con clientes actuales y potenciales, comprendiendo sus necesidades e ideando soluciones personalizadas.
- Gerenciar todo el ciclo de ventas desde el primer contacto hasta cerrar negocios.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de Brokerage para desarrollar estrategias innovadoras que impulsen el crecimiento rentable.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre la industria del transporte, modos de transporte y servicios, así como básicos diseño de cadena de suministro, incluyendo envíos transfronterizos.
- Monitorear y analizar tendencias del mercado, actividades de competidores y retroalimentación de clientes para identificar áreas de mejora y desarrollar estrategias de mejora.
- Adaptarse y ejecutar eficazmente cualquier tarea adicional asignada.
Requisitos mínimos:
Historial probado de expansión de la base de clientes de brokeraje y aumento rápido de ingresos por ventas.
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia en ventas de brokeraje, servicio al cliente y logística en un entorno de tercer proveedor de logística (3PL).
- Fuerte capacidad de trabajar independientemente y en equipo.
- Flexibilidad y motivación propia para sobresalir en un entorno acelerado.
- Actitud competitiva con fuerte deseo de contribuir a una cultura ganadora.
- Excelente resolución de problemas con prácticas de seguimiento detallado.
- Capacidad para mantener confidencialidad y adherirse a políticas de la empresa.
