Job Summary:

The Wholesale Manager will be responsible for overseeing the wholesale business and supervising the area in every aspect of the company's operations. They will work closely with the Brand Manager to develop and implement sales, marketing, and training plans that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners
  • Ensure that all points of sale meet the company's brand environment and merchandising standards
  • Establish and implement action plans with wholesale partners to achieve targets
  • Initiate and implement marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional programming
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize order procedures
  • Develop and implement staff training programs
  • Ensure that all accounts meet company merchandising guidelines
  • Present and sell-in new collections
  • Control budgets and review business results with customers
  • Open new accounts and close underperforming accounts
  • Qualify accounts to determine opportunity and investment levels
  • Establish visit reports and follow up on all new and renovation projects
