Key Responsibilities
  1. Classify Inquiries and Take Appropriate Action

Classify incoming inquiries from sales teams by following a defined process and take appropriate action based on the opportunity type.

Engage in Technical Conversations

Engage customers in technical conversations about block storage, file storage, object storage, and compute.

Select and Position Pre-Defined Services

Select and position pre-defined services to support a customer objective.

Document Customer Requirements

Document the customer requirements and transition high-value service opportunities to the solutioning team for further development.

Inform Sales of Alternative Services

Inform sales of alternative or additional services that may fulfill customer's objectives; describe service outcomes.

Update Ticketing System

Update the ticketing system to reflect the status for each service opportunity.

Operate CRM Systems

Operate the CRM (customer relationship management) systems and ensure accurate information about customers and opportunities are available.

Build Rapport with Sales

Build rapport with sales through friendly, engaging communication; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotes.

Assist in Providing Supporting Service Documents

Assist in providing supporting service documents with sales for district presentations.

Follow Prescribed Training Program

Follow prescribed training program meeting key milestones at defined time intervals.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computing or Business

Bachelor's degree in computing with a business-related minor, or bachelor's degree in business with a computing-related minor, or equivalent military experience.

Time Management and Prioritization

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively.

Communication and Technical Skills

Speak in a friendly way to sales; listening to their needs and communicating options for them.

Technical Knowledge and Fluency in Spanish

Demonstrate capacity to understand technical topics and fluency in Spanish is required.
