Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team at FIS. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and resolving complex issues related to our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to our products
  • Collaborate with design engineering and software engineering teams to identify and resolve design, reliability, and maintenance problems
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use of our products
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
