Customer Success Manager Enterprise Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team in Latin America. This is a unique opportunity to own the relationship with Spanish-speaking customers at various stages of their lifecycle, from launch to expansion.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding customers in achieving maximum value by gaining a deep understanding of their use cases and implementing Open Finance and Payment solutions that meet their needs.
You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback and inform our roadmap. Additionally, you will develop account plans for key customers with customer-specific goals and drive them forward with the collaboration and support of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Own relationships with Spanish Latam customers at various stages of their lifecycle
- Mastery of Belvo's product and platform, with expertise in current and future product offerings
- Guide customers in achieving maximum value through deep knowledge of their use cases and implementation of Open Finance and Payment solutions
- Monitor and manage long-term customer health, identifying areas of risk or concern through usage and satisfaction metrics
- Engage with Product and Engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback and inform the roadmap
- Develop account plans for key customers with customer-specific goals and drive them forward
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally in a technical and complex product at a SaaS or developer-tool/API company
- Strong ability to empathize with others and facilitate professional conversations and outcomes with customers and internal teams
- Build trusted relationships with various customer roles, from developers to executives
- Eager to become an expert on Belvo's product and various customer use cases requiring Open Finance solutions across Latin America
- Logical, data-driven, and analytical problem-solving skills
- Adaptable, fast-paced environment, and ability to manage multiple customers under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent Spanish speaker with international experience and multicultural environment thriving skills
