Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Director to join our team at Nex in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.

Main Responsibilities:

- Analyze customer needs across US and Mexican markets, providing expert support for sales offers and collaborative planning with logistics, finance, operation, quality, and other related areas to meet customer requirements efficiently.

- Maintain accurate Sales budgets, guaranteeing that resources are aligned to fulfill customer agreements without claims or losses throughout the process.

- Prepare detailed reports on sales status in each market, supporting all departments involved in Sales Offer fulfillment and fostering visibility into daily success and opportunities.

- Gather and maintain human and operational resources aligned with internal and external goals, conducting regular KPI follow-ups.

Requirements:

- Education: Industrial engineering or Business Administration degree.

- Strong knowledge of logistics, control, and inventory management principles.

- 5 years of experience in Logistics or customer services areas, preferably in a similar role.

- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and ability to propose solutions based on data analysis.

- Excellent negotiation, organization, and planning skills, with a focus on achieving results.

Negotiable Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
