Job Description
">We're seeking a Senior Customer Experience Manager (or Customer Onboarding Team Lead) to join our dynamic team. As a leader, you'll be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to hire top talent quickly and efficiently.
You'll manage a team of 4-7 Onboarding Specialists, ensuring high performance and achievement of targets while implementing new strategies to increase customer retention, satisfaction, and reduce onboarding duration.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies to hire new Onboarding Specialists.
- Managing a team of 4-7 Onboarding Specialists to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
- Implementing new strategies to increase customer retention, satisfaction, and reduce onboarding duration.
- Motivating your team and providing continuous feedback to drive success.

Requirements
">To excel in this role, you should have:
- Preferred experience in B2B SaaS environments and team lead experience, ideally in a Customer Experience team.
- A track record of driving customer retention and onboarding success.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for technology and customer service.
- Knowledge of the HR industry will be valuable.
- Adaptability skills to pivot strategies based on market changes, customer feedback, and internal goals.
