Customer Success Administrator: Full-Time Role

About This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Administrator to join our team at Teletracnavman. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our Customer Success Specialist Teams and customers in the Australia and New Zealand region.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality contract summaries and account reconciliations for customers.
- Follow up on open support cases and report outcomes to CSS and Team Leaders.
- Process partial churn requests for customers.
- Manage dashboards and communications via dashboard for SG Fleet.
- Assist with billing or reconciliation items associated with customers.
- Perform account allocation tasks and dealer customer allocation.
- Support bespoke customer reporting requests.
- Manage churn and order queues.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in an administrator or customer service role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate level Excel skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and display self-motivation.
- Positive attitude and strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Customer relationship and conflict management skills.
- Methodical approach to problem solving.
Working Conditions
This role requires working in the Australian and New Zealand time zone, which includes Sunday to Thursday evenings.

- A competitive salary of $25,000 - $26,000 per month.
- Full-time employment with 8-hour shifts.
