Spend Management Business Development Representative

Candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, positioning Clara as a leading spend management platform in Latin America. Key responsibilities include managing and prospecting new companies, executing sales and marketing plans with partners to drive business growth, and serving as the commercial contact with existing and new clients.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Key Account Manager or Customer Success Manager in a B2B model
- Structured thinking and high focus on results
- English professional proficiency
- Innovative mindset and receptiveness to changes
- Experience in the financial, banking, or insurance sector is a plus
- Ability to develop strong relationships at the C-level of enterprise companies to become a financial consultant
