Digital Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Citi. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for successfully connecting platforms to enhance our bank ecosystem.
Your primary focus will be on designing life-cycle strategies and journeys for customers that drive the best digital customer experience. You will also oversee email marketing projects and ensure optimum set-up of our marketing automation system.
About the Role- Design and maintain monitoring of activities for top management
- Work with Tech, Marketing, Data and other teams to identify potential use cases
- Fully manage end-to-end projects
- Develop marketing strategies in B2C with differentiated understanding of KPIs and engagement tactics for each segment
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders to optimize our tech ecosystem and integrate digital marketing campaigns activity with our systems to improve the quality of information.
Requirements- 5-8 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects at once, and work well under pressure
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
- Profound ability to multi-task and prioritize among several projects and initiatives
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data-driven marketing, continuous optimization, A/B testing, and results analysis. You will also need to be able to work in multiple projects, challenges, and meet tight deadlines required.
