**Role Overview:**

Rocket International seeks a highly skilled Digital Customer Experience Manager to oversee the CRM system and drive strategic campaign initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within the CRM system, utilizing advanced segmentation techniques to create targeted campaigns based on demographics, behaviors, and engagement.

Collaborate cross-functionally to guarantee seamless integration of the CRM with other tools and platforms.

Develop and implement insights-driven strategies to enhance the overall customer journey touchpoints.

Analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports to stakeholders and leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve customer engagement.

**Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Possess an analytical mindset, capable of interpreting complex data and generating actionable insights.

Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

**What We Offer:**

Full-time contractor position with a competitive salary range of $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month.
