About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing sales team in Mexico City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching new opportunities, contacting different companies, and setting up introduction meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active prospects' research using tools like LinkedIn, Zoominfo, and other social networking tools and databases to generate leads.
  • Pursue new business opportunities via emails and other messaging outlets.
  • Work with the corporate CRM system to develop and maintain prospects.
  • Set up intro meetings for senior BMs.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or lead generation.
  • Fluently speak and write in English and Spanish.
  • Sales and results-oriented mindset, outgoing personality, and persistent and proactive.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Related higher education with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
