Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and Develop Target List: Identify and initiate contact with potential customers through a relationship-based approach, including sales phone calls and cold calling.
  • Introduce Company and Services: Present the company and its services to potential customers and build ongoing relationships.
  • Demonstrate Products and Services: Showcase products and services to existing and potential customers, assisting them in finding solutions through consultative selling.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Work with customers to understand their strategic vision, objectives, and needs, aligning our products and services accordingly.
  • Grow Business: Increase business with established and new customers over time.
  • Develop Proposals: Create clear and effective written proposals and/or quotations for existing and/or potential clients.
  • Manage Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints or problems in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate Sales Effort: Collaborate with internal departments, including overseas offices, operations, customer service, and accounting, to ensure a cohesive sales effort.
  • Business Review Presentations: Provide regular business review presentations to clients, maintaining and developing the business.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market potential and determine the value of existing and potential clients to the organization.
  • Account Receivables: Monitor and resolve account receivables in a timely manner, ensuring they are kept current.
  • Profitable Business: Achieve and maintain profitable business consistent with the company's goals.
  • Quality Objectives: Create and implement quality objectives for the Sales Department.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment: Help maintain implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment objectives in daily business operations.
  • Additional Tasks: Be prepared to take on additional tasks as required by your direct supervisor, due to the evolving nature and changing demands of the business.
