Job Description:

The Sales Value Associate is a key driver of customer interactions and sales performance at Novartis. This role requires building deep relationships that deliver value for customers and patients, driving sales growth in a compliant and ethical manner.

About the Role:

  • Drive Competitive Sales Growth - Identify high-potential customers through data analysis (HCPs and stakeholders) who influence prescription decisions.
  • Drive sales performance through positive customer experiences.
  • Engage and Build Relationships - Engage in value-based conversations to understand customer challenges, decision-drivers, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Personalize and orchestrate customer engagement journeys by reflecting customer preferences and leveraging available content and channels.
  • Build engagement by working in partnership with HCPs to develop sustained collaborations.
  • Deliver memorable, customer-centric experiences beyond clinical differentiation.
  • Establish effective working relationships with opinion leaders and top medical influencers.
  • Develop Deep Customer Insights and Understanding - Gather insights on the customer's business to uncover important factors.
  • Follow up on customer feedback and translate responses into actions that create additional value.
  • Leverage data sources to create relevant territory, account, and customer interaction plans.
  • Share customer insights with internal stakeholders to support product-and indication-related content development.
  • Deliver Value to Customers and Patients - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions addressing unmet customer and patient needs.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the customer, helping them run their business, and creating value-add solutions.

Key Performance Indicators: To be populated at local level, based on IMI Field Engagement Performance Management Council outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Work Experience: Established network to target customer group desirable.
  • Sales experience in Healthcare/Pharma/related business.
  • Skills: Account Management, Commercial Excellence, Communication Skills, Compliance, Conflict Management, Cross-Functional Coordination, Customer Insights, Ethics, Healthcare Sector, Influencing Skills, Negotiation Skills, Selling Skills, Technical Skills.
  • Language: English.

Location and Type: Mexico, Full-time, Regular (Sales).

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
