About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Expert to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our expansion project, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing pipelines, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new sales opportunities and develop a pipeline of potential clients.">
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and pass them to the appropriate resource.">
  • Hit or exceed monthly and annual targets while maintaining consistently strong performance.">
  • Actively engage in the coaching process and partner with managers and colleagues to share ideas and best practices.">
  • Accurately log all activities and customer contacts in Salesforce.">

About You

We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in sales and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Your skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.">
  • 1-3 years of experience working as a Business Development Representative.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.">
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.">
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.">
  • Motivated and competitive with a positive attitude.">
  • Commitment to a schedule that aligns with customer needs.">
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate software programs such as Microsoft.">
  • Experience with CRM preferred.">
