About the Role:

The Sales Performance Manager drives business results by leading a diverse commercial team and engaging with key stakeholders to deliver tailored customer experiences and drive value. They recruit, develop, retain and coach individuals to successfully execute on strategic and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate effective commercial strategy for execution based on deep market knowledge and data insights.
  • Translate national business strategy and objectives into local implementation plans to achieve agreed targets.
  • Ensure and improve targeting accuracy and execute local plans according to strategy.
  • Advocate critical processes necessary to support customer excellence and drive team engagement and adoption.
  • Leverage available data to drive business performance and aid decision-making in complex and high-pressure situations.

Requirements:

  • Able to understand changing dynamics of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Market knowledge and network is desirable.
  • Pre-launch activities and sales experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector.
