Head of Sales and Revenue Growth

This is a challenging role for an experienced sales professional to drive revenue growth and achieve targets in the airline industry.
About the CompanyLufthansa Cargo, a subsidiary of the Lufthansa Group, is a leading air freight carrier with operations in over 100 countries. The company serves around 300 destinations and employs approximately 4,150 people worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and cultivate sales channels, customer portfolio, and customer relations
- Steer inside and outside sales representatives/teams, including account allocation and performance management
- Identify and exploit growth potential, maximizing earnings and yields in a large and complex market
- High school diploma/GED required; college degree/vocational training desirable
- Bachelor's degree desirable
- Min. 3-5 years of relevant work experience in logistics or airline industry required
- Fluency in English and local language required
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employees and budget, as well as maintaining excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English and local language is required. A valid driver's license and work permit are also necessary. We require a CV/Resume and Cover Letter. Relocation assistance is not provided.
