Job Description

Emerson, a leading provider of automation technology and software, is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in the Monterrey, Nuevo León area. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the region.

About the Role
  • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective account plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • You will work closely with our technical teams to design innovative solutions that meet specific customer needs.
  • As a trusted advisor, you will provide expertise on our products and services to clients, highlighting their value proposition and benefits.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business strategies, and identifying opportunities for growth.
About You

We are looking for a results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Engineering (Control and Automation, Robotics, Electronics, Mechatronics) or related field.
  • 8-10 years of sales experience in industries such as Chemical, Power Generation, Mining, Pulp & Paper, Hybrid, etc.
  • Fluent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Strategic thinking skills to develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused approach.
What We Offer

At Emerson, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per year, plus bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits program. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a global leader in automation technology and software, developing your career and expertise in a dynamic and challenging environment.
