**Job Summary**

At AT&T, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality service and support to customers in a bilingual environment
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers

**Requirements:**

  • Advanced English fluency to engage with U.S. customers
  • Previous experience in customer service, collections, or a related field
  • Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
