About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team as a Premium Brand Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a weekly work plan, including visit schedules uploaded to our Salesforce platform.
  • Identify and prospect target accounts for Brown-Forman.
  • Negotiate and monitor activities to achieve a dominant position in key accounts.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:

  • Driving business growth through effective relationship building and negotiation.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and updates in Salesforce.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or related to commercial and/or marketing areas.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, Communication, PR, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of market analysis platforms, such as Nielsen or ISCAM.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and high initiative.
  • Organized, with capacity for planning and effective time management.
