**Overview**

As a key member of the Rain Bird Corporation team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share expansion in your assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to meet sales targets and corporate objectives.

- Conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities and creating sales programs to capitalize on these opportunities.

- Building strong relationships with key accounts and providing exceptional customer service to differentiate Rain Bird from competitors.

- Collaborating with the Marketing team to determine market needs and competitive information.

**Requirements**

- B.A. or B.S. degree in a relevant field.

- 7+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of selling high-value products in Mexico.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to sell to large accounts with multiple stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and planning skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- MBA or graduate degree.

- Experience in wholesale distribution, business-to-business sales, irrigation design and installation, or agricultural operations.
