Technical Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Professional to join our team at Oracle in Mexico. As a key member of our support organization, you will play a critical role in delivering post-sales support and solutions to our customers.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as providing technical advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, OEMs, and VARs, facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing expert guidance on the installation, maintenance, and use of Oracle products.
Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- A strong background in technical support, preferably with experience in CRM support, consulting, or other technical roles.
- Technical expertise in multiple platforms, including databases (Oracle, SQLServer, DB2), operating systems (Microsoft Windows, UNIX, Linux, AS400), and programming languages.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug issues independently.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations and build strong working relationships with customers.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple priorities.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
