**Essential Qualifications:**

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. We're seeking a highly skilled individual with 2+ years of experience in the video, media, and entertainment industry, specifically as a YouTube creator or working with partners/creators. Additionally, you should have 2+ years of experience in an external-facing customer interaction role within customer support, sales, and relationship development. Fluency in Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate and manage client relationships in this region.

**Desirable Qualifications:**

Experience with objection handling, managing sensitive communication, and basic agreement negotiation is highly valued. You should also have experience in project management using project execution frameworks, a proven track record of improving processes with effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Strong communication, presentation, planning, and time/pipeline management skills, with attention to detail, are also essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

You will manage a portfolio of YouTube partners across all verticals, driving product adoption, optimization, and business growth. This will involve establishing strategic relationships with partners, ensuring compliance with YouTube's Community Guidelines and policies, and supporting creators in their content, business, and viewership goals. You will also engage with the latest features, policies, and platform improvements to help partners succeed. Additionally, you will manage project initiatives to grow emerging creators, including workshops, events, and other initiatives.
