Buscamos a un profesional experimentado para ocupar el puesto de Agricultural Sales Executive en una empresa japonesa con sede en Zapote del Valle, Guadalajara.
Resumen del cargo:
Gestión de negocios en Latinoamérica, incluyendo reportes sobre la situación actual del negocio y análisis de datos para informar decisiones estratégicas.
Requisitos obligatorios:
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en ventas de maquinaria agrícola y construcción.
- Conocimientos avanzados de trading y gestión de flujos de caja.
- Licenciatura en administración de empresas o campo relacionado.
- Idioma inglés avanzado (escrito y hablado).
- Disponibilidad para viajar regularmente dentro de la región.
- Trabajador en equipo con habilidades interpersonales sólidas.
Requisitos deseados:
Experiencia previa en la industria de maquinaria agrícola y construcción.
Condiciones laborales:
Salario competitivo: $28,000 - $38,000 al mes, dependiendo de las habilidades y experiencia del candidato.
- Prestaciones según ley laboral + subsidio de transporte, pago de PTU.
- Período de prueba: 1 mes.
- Oportunidades de crecimiento: Posibilidad de ascenso a cargos gerenciales en el futuro.
- Proceso de selección: Entrevista en línea inicial seguida de una entrevista presencial.
- Inicio laboral: A partir de la confirmación de la contratación.
