About the Role
We seek an experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Queretaro, Mexico. As a TSR, you will be responsible for finding, developing, and growing new and existing customers in your territory.
You will exercise independent judgment to perform various responsibilities, including:
- Outbound communications to identify customer needs and provide Krayden's solutions
- Troubleshooting complex customer problems and inquiries
- Responding to requests for proposals, quotes, and large order pricing/discounting
- Utilizing customer profile data to target high-potential accounts
- Probing customer needs to uncover sales opportunities
- Building brand awareness and promoting Krayden's products and services
- Retaining sales in assigned accounts
- Developing and implementing account plans/campaigns
- Partnering with marketing, tech support, and other departments to develop strategic marketing campaigns
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of industry experience in Chemical Manufacturing or Engineering
- Experience driving successful sales results, improving customer retention, and providing value-added service to customers
- Strong PC and software skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM Software
- Excellent communication, analytical, and listening skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Benefits
Krayden offers a competitive benefits package, including salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (dependent on experience) plus additional compensation and perks.
